Failure to provide access or required information may result in a rescheduled service or additional charges where applicable.

5. Service Conditions

Treatment results may vary depending on weather, environmental conditions, property conditions, pest pressure, lawn conditions, irrigation, maintenance practices, and other factors outside TruShield's control.

TruShield will perform services using reasonable professional practices and in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, product labels, and industry requirements.
